What is the Happiness Project?
The Happiness Project is a 6-session course on the practices that are proven to increase your happiness. Each session has a them, as indicated below. This course is not intended to replace any counselling or therapy you may be receiving, but rather to support you in your journey to becoming a happier person. This can be run in-person or virtually, via ZOOM.
